1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using KnowEase.AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
KnowEase.AI provides interview preparation tools: structured learning roadmaps, module content, learning checks, practice question banks, and dimension-scored feedback.
Free plan: 1 active roadmap, first 2 modules per topic, 3 learning checks per month.
Pro plan: Unlimited roadmaps, all modules, unlimited checks, full practice bank. Billed monthly (₹199/mo) or annually (₹1,788/yr — ₹149/mo equivalent). Founding-member pricing locks in for as long as the subscription remains active.
3. Account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- One account per person. Do not share accounts.
4. Payments and cancellation
Pro subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — you retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer scoring or question generation systems.
- Share account credentials or enable others to circumvent the free plan.
- Submit harmful, abusive, or unlawful content in open-ended answers.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the platform — questions, rubrics, module text, scoring logic — is owned by KnowEase.AI. Your personal learning data (scores, progress) belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
7. Disclaimer
KnowEase.AI provides educational content and practice tools. We do not guarantee interview outcomes, job placement, or salary outcomes. Use the platform as one of many tools in your preparation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KnowEase.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify users by email for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
